We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Core Experience Product team, on a 12 month fixed term basis (maternity cover). Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role will be supporting and developing the Product Function as a Product Manager for one of our Product Groups, Core Experience. Within this role, you will be expected to achieve business targets set for the Core Customer Experience of ITV X’s proposition through product development best practice,as well as develop the Core Experience proposition through insights from market research and customer experience behaviour

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Play the role of Product Owner inside Scrum
  • Plan and execute product launches
  • Create and own a representative Product Roadmap for Core customer experience
  • Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders on the product and competitive landscape
  • Write coherent user stories
  • Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
  • Translate customers’ core experience needs and business requirements into a Product Strategy for your cross functional area
  • Prioritise the development backlog through Risk, Impact, Confidence and Effort assessment.
  • Drive influence throughout the organisation to ensure products successfully get to market

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

Minimum role criteria:

  • Experience in product management within a digital setting, VOD would be preferable
  • Experience leading a cross functional team
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Significant Stakeholder management experience
