This role in the dynamic Consumer and Community Banking Service Product Group (SPG) marks a significant step in your career growth and innovation journey. SPG is dedicated to delivering end-to-end service journeys through modernized applications, providing a seamless customer experience across channels and lines of business. Our focus is on delivering effective software solutions for JPMC employees, servicing over 66 million customers and used by 100,000 employees firm-wide. The Strategy team within SPG supports product members and leadership, promoting data-promoten decisions through relationship management, reporting, and process facilitation.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies related to product manager & associate onboarding, training, agile skill development, and time to proficiency
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Strong communication skills – both written & verbal – with ability to quickly solve problems and present ideas and results to multiple stakeholders; superior verbal and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Curriculum and/or Training development and assessment, meeting facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience with event management, organizational development, and marketing
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Comfort with Microsoft suite of tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and OneDrive
