Our Product: Collaborating closely with clients, industry leaders, and our strategic investors, we’ve developed a digital commercial real estate ecosystem used by approximately 80% of the UK’s commercial real estate market. This platform stands on the pillars of trust, security, and transparency, offering a singular solution that encompasses all aspects of a commercial real estate transaction, including marketing, matching, tracking, reporting, negotiating, signing, and closing deals.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Kato. A product enthusiast, capable of marrying their creativity with strategic foresight. This role is crucial for helping Kato build a name for itself as a dependable and innovative SaaS solution committed to its mission of digitising the real estate industry. You will be given lots of autonomy and the opportunity to create and execute on your roadmap.

Day to day, you will:

  • Own the product roadmap for your product vertical, taking responsibility for the success and failures of product delivery and quality.
  • Uphold the product vision. Define the structure, processes and set the objectives alongside the key results/metrics for your product area.
  • Stay on top of your product’s performance and its success metrics.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis using qualitative and quantitative data to identify customer needs and market trends.
  • Educate the sales, customer success and marketing teams on the product as part of its continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have:

  • You can effectively articulate and communicate the vision and strategy for you product area, which motivates your team and brings clarity to all stakeholders
  • You are comfortable spanning the whole spectrum of the development cycle
  • You have demonstrated the ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams towards a common goal
  • Confidence owning actions, processes and defining next steps in a dynamic, growing start-up environment
