Job Summary: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate would work under our Product Manager across our full product, including our Administration Panels, iOS and Android applications. You will have exposure to a broad range of responsibilities with the opportunity to grow into a particular area of interest. It is a great opportunity for an ambitious person looking to get hands on experience with meaningful projects whilst significantly contributing to the scaling up of an exciting Fintech company.

Key Responsibilities: 
Product Ownership & Delivery
Assisting in the Jira ticket creation process, ensuring clear requirements for development, including PRD creation and user stories.
Working with engineering team and assisting with daily stand-up ceremonies to oversee sprint progress, identifying any blockers to delivery.
Monitoring and updating ticket progress in Jira and helping to remove blockers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Monitoring and responding to end-user enquiries via our helpdesk to identify potential enhancements to the product suite.
Assist with product enhancements and operational queries and over time take ownership of enhancements and updates to the product suite.
Assist with creation of internal process documentation.
Assist with pre and post sales cycle tasks, collaborating with stakeholders across the business, including engineering, operations, and sales.

Qualifications & Skills: 
Bachelor’s degree (2:1 and above).
Technical mindset, good knowledge of API’s or a willingness to learn.
Comfortable with creating documentation of technical features for a non-technical audience and translating complex ideas.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Proven experience in product within the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.
Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus.
