Job Title: Product Marketing Manager
Reporting to: Head of Product Marketing
Location: Remote based (with access to local offices)
Salary: £Comp + up to 10% annual bonus

You are an accomplished Product Marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering tangible business results. With a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, creative studies, or a related field (an MBA would be the cherry on top), you possess a strategic mindset that sees the bigger picture across all product areas and the wider business landscape. Your experience extends beyond just marketing; you’ve successfully marketed a variety of products with diverse user groups, all under one roof.
What sets you apart is your capability to build and grow a successful Product Marketing function and team. You navigate digital product development and agile processes with ease, holding a firm belief in data-driven and user-centric practices. Curiosity fuels your work, and you’re always ready to challenge the status quo. Your exceptional communication and presentation skills aren’t just about delivering information; they’re about telling a compelling story, igniting excitement, evangelising ideas, and simplifying complex concepts for any business stakeholder. What will you do?
Whilst a full job description can be supplied, here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:
· Craft compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with our products’ users, communications our value proposition, delivers on our brand promise and aids product-led growth.
· Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product and feature launches, ensuring effective communications and usage adoption, with close coordination with marketing, sales, operations and other departments.
· Create and implement product-led growth mechanics and activities, alongside in-product promotions and incentives, campaigns and referral and loyalty mechanics.
· Equip the sales and operations team with high-impact marketing and product materials, ensuring we can meaningfully and successfully engage users and promote our Products for lead generation and growth.
· Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and user needs and opportunities for product differentiation, and you’ll use a continuous discovery framework for understanding shifting market and competitive conditions, pivoting and realigning your activities and strategies.
· Collaborate with content creators and design and implement targeted campaigns across various channels – centred around the product itself – to drive product activation, adoption and growth.
