Head of Product Role

We’re hiring a Head of Product, reporting to the CEO, to lead the nascent product team. You will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to set strategic priorities and define requirements. You will partner with the wider technology team to manage high quality, timely product releases, maximising the value of the Odro platform to our customers.

Key responsibilities

To be responsible for leading and directing activities pertaining to all aspects of product development:

Vision and Roadmap – translate & challenge the business vision into product strategy and initiatives, owning the product portfolio, roadmap and prioritisation.
Product Best Practice – establish product processes and line manage product team (currently one Product Owner) working with the technology team using best practice agile methodologies.
Stakeholder Management – collaborate with stakeholders in customer success, sales and marketing to manage all stages of the product life cycle, including customer feedback, product definition, incident management and product marketing.
Commercial Expertise – manage commercial success (own the business case for new initiatives) and drive performance with KPIs and product metrics.
Tactical Leadership and Delivery – comfortable hands-on with writing high-level epics, conducting user research, actively managing the backlog and product delivery.


5+ years of experience in a product management role or equivalent.
A track record of defining and delivering on high-growth, B2B and/or SaaS products.
Experience within a start-up or scale-up.
