We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take the lead on developing our core SaaS product platform and associated integrations. A key part of your success will be working effectively and collaboratively with peers from UX, Analytics and Engineering in order to successfully shape, design and prioritise the development of new features alongside continuous experimentation and research. Ultimately, you will take full ownership in delivering value to our user base through the initiatives you are responsible for.
You will join us as one of four Product Managers in the Product Management team and will play a key role within the wider product development organisation which also includes UX Designers, Data Analysts and Engineers. You will primarily work within your squad to make progress on agreed upon objectives aligned to one of our strategic initiatives. Those initiatives include; expanding the product offering in our core B2C market, ensuring our product represents a compelling value proposition in B2B and developing the core Editor experience for our 3 million monthly active users. Over time, you will also provide input to our overall product strategy and roadmap based on your understanding of the markets we serve.
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
Product Management:
- Have a solid and pragmatic understanding of common Product Management practices. You will be able to determine the best framework and most appropriate methodology for any given situation.
- Work collaboratively with designers, data analysts and engineers throughout the entire product development process and foster a culture of interdisciplinary decision making.
Understanding our customers:
- Develop a deep and empathetic understanding of our users, their motivations and their needs.
- Conduct regular interviews with users and customers and share insights across the business to ensure we remain user focussed in everything we do.
Shaping and delivering solutions:
- Shape a vision, define the problem and align the team with clear goals and objectives.
- Recognise and celebrate success regularly when things go well, while fostering a growth mindset when things don’t go so well.
- Approach every problem with an experimental mindset. Taking a data-based approach to problem solving.
Understanding the Business:
- Engage constructively with colleagues from commercial teams just as comfortably as with your colleagues in product development.
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders at every level of seniority to ensure clarity and confidence with progress being made. From Directors to individual contributors.
- Take part in customer onboarding sessions, webinars and sales demos to develop a holistic understanding of our commercial offers.
