Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager who can take the reins on developing our MVP, setting the roadmap, and ensuring a user-centred approach. In this role, you’ll work closely with the founders to turn vision into reality. You will own the project, manage timelines, and lead UX efforts to deliver an intuitive, high-quality product that aligns with our business goals. This role offers significant growth potential, with an opportunity to evolve into a more senior product leadership role as QDEX scales.

Key Responsibilities

• MVP Development: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our MVP, from scoping and design to implementation and launch.
• Customer-Led Product Development: We integrate customer feedback and insights into product development to ensure our solutions align with user needs and market demand.
• Roadmap Ownership: Develop, maintain, and communicate a clear and compelling product roadmap aligned with QDEX’s strategic objectives.
• UX Leadership: Champion UX best practices, leading design initiatives to ensure a seamless, user-centric experience that addresses our users’ pain points.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing), and ensure on-time delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise features, and drive consensus around product goals.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and user feedback to make informed product decisions, iterating on features and functionality as needed.
• Visionary Leadership: Serve as the product visionary, fostering innovation and scalability and focusing on future product expansion into commercial lending and insurance areas.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in a SaaS or fintech environment, with a strong focus on MVP development and UX.
• UX Expertise: Proven track record in leading UX projects, able to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Project Management: Exceptional project management skills, with experience driving projects from concept to launch on time and within budget.
• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven, with the ability to gather and interpret user feedback and analytics to guide product decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communicator who can engage effectively with stakeholders, users, and team members at all levels.
• Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinker with the ambition and capability to grow into a product leadership role as QDEX scales.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence
