Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and empower a team of Directors of Product Management by fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment, removing roadblocks, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Lead the execution of Product Line Strategies (PLS), ensuring consistency, innovation, and accessibility across product lines to serve a broad range of customers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and finance, bringing together different perspectives to create impactful products that meet a variety of needs.
Leverage market insights, customer feedback, and data to inform product decisions, ensuring solutions are inclusive, user-focused, and reflective of market demands.
Assess business cases, monitor product performance, and ensure financial viability and ROI, considering long-term value and broad market appeal.
Establish KPIs, drive data-driven decision-making, and continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and equitable outcomes.
Qualifications
Experience: 15+ years in product management with 8 or more years in leadership roles overseeing multiple product lines.
Skills: Servant leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience in Chromatography or Chemical Standards is a plus.
