The first piece of this problem that we’re tackling is document parsing. Even as software is eating the world, so many business workflows still rely on two entities sending PDFs to each other. In a single afternoon with Sensible, developers can ship a production-ready API endpoint that turns documents into useful data. Today, we have happy customers across insurance, logistics, proptech, and financial services using Sensible to process thousands of different types of documents.

About the role
Sensible is looking for an experienced Product Marketer to join our growing team. As a product marketer, you will lead core product marketing initiatives, build awareness with our target market, and generate inbound leads for our sales team.

This role requires a mix of creative and quantitative thinking. You’ll develop a product messaging and positioning framework that resonates with developers and presents our products in ways that increase Sensible’s ACV.

Ultimately, you will drive awareness, product adoption and revenue growth. This position reports to the Head of Marketing.

Sensible is a remote-first company and this role is open to anyone located in North or South America. We provide competitive compensation and meaningful equity.


  • Understand the buyer’s journey and work with the team to develop content and tools that support each stage
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning across marketing channels (blog posts, landing pages, ad campaigns, emails, collateral, videos) and verticals
  • Coordinate product launches and announcements
  • Interview customers and write compelling case studies to showcase success stories
  • Identify, coordinate and launch profitable new customer segments
  • Script, record and edit product demo videos and webinars
  • Partner with various teams and agencies (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies

You’ll be a great fit for the role if you:

  • Have experience in a similar role at a developer tools startup as a Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Developer Evangelist or similar with at least 4 years of experience
  • Are highly technical with a strong command of the software development process and a deep understanding of developers
  • Are an excellent storyteller with stellar writing and presentation creation skills and an ability to translate learnings into content
  • Have a growth mindset – you’re always learning and trying to improve
  • Have a keen eye for detail and good taste in design
  • Are data driven and know how to use analytics to measure success of marketing programs (e.g., set and track KPIs for deliverables)
