Product Manager

Full-Time Remote

Position Summary:

SilaMoney seeks to grow our existing banking services while expanding into new markets with new products. This role will focus initially on the foundational work this year of working with our customers and our partners to improve our existing offerings, from finding and prioritizing customer solutions to adding new capabilities that will help them (and us) grow. As we grow, the role will expand in scope and include owning our entry into new markets and new products.

As a Product Manager, this role will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from defining the product strategy and roadmap to driving release milestones with the engineering team. They will use their skills in strategic thinking, user research, data analysis, requirements definition, and release management to deliver measurable results.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive the delivery of new products and features, from inception through refinement with stakeholders and construction all the way to delivery
  • Conduct market and customer research
  • Manage prioritization of work across bug fixes, enhancements, and wider initiatives
  • Maintain and update existing features
  • Engage stakeholders and coordinate across teams
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies
  • Other duties as assigned

You’ll also have:

  • Experience in the regulated financial space, preferably with experience in platform or API technologies
  • 2+ years experience in software product management or relevant positions (program management, customer success, engineering, QA)
  • Experience in fintech, preferably in payments within a rapidly innovating company
  • Experience working in a startup or similarly fluid environment

In this role, you’ll be eligible for:

  • Expected base salary is $115,000 – $140,000, depending on relevant experience.
  • Stock options and benefits package including health care, retirement, disability, life insurance, paid company holidays, and responsible “unlimited” time off.
