Here’s where you come in
As our very first Product Analyst in the Analytics team, you will be embedded within the product organisation and integrated into all steps of product development. From identifying the next big opportunity, generating and testing hypotheses, to measuring success, and deciding what to do next, based on the learnings we have. This is a highly impactful role where you’ll have the opportunity to share your technical expertise by coaching others in SQL.

What you’ll be doing
Analytics

Conduct quantitative analysis, make recommendations and communicate results in a clear way to stakeholders across the whole business.
Understand user behaviours and long-term trends to inform our business & product strategy.
Unearth insights and identify opportunity areas to move key metrics, turning data into actionable insights.
Run models to help understand the potential impact of changes to the product(s).
Build Dashboards for stakeholders to monitor key metrics.
Identify and own requirements for tracking and reporting within new product features, empowering the team to effortlessly track their releases.
Product Leadership

Use data to make recommendations that define the product roadmap and help product teams decide what to build next.
Be comfortable making recommendations and being a key part of the ideation process!
Define and own KPIs around product success and measure progress on these KPIs.
Helping inform and shape our product and company OKRs to ensure we’re driving the desired outcomes.
Present insights and opportunities to your team in a clear manner to help them design solutions that properly address the user need.
Design and conduct experiments to validate hypotheses.
Foster an experimentation culture across our product teams, helping empower the entire team to improve their data maturity.

This might be for you if
You have advanced capabilities in SQL (essential), and it’s a plus if you have experience in Python and/or R.
You have proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau).
You’ve worked as a data or a product analyst/scientist in a tech company collaborating with product managers, designers and engineers.
Solid understanding of statistics and how that applies to measurements/tests.
Strong analytical skills combined with a great deal of business sense, the ability to translate numbers into actions and communicate this clearly to business stakeholders.
Reasonable product sense and natural user-centric thinking.
You have experience in conducting A/B experiments at scale and establishing product analytics tooling.
Comfortable presenting to a range of audiences including peers and stakeholders.

Salary of £60,000 – £70,000 per annum plus stock options.
